Vangi bhath

  • some 10 small round brinjals. chop them into small pieces, fry them in a pan with little oil and set it aside
  • Regular oggarane karma and add this oggarane to fried brinjals
  • Add 2 spoon of vangibhath powder ( I use MTR vangibhath powder)
  • add 2 tea spoon of tamarind juice
  • Done
