- some 10 small round brinjals. chop them into small pieces, fry them in a pan with little oil and set it aside
- Regular oggarane karma and add this oggarane to fried brinjals
- Add 2 spoon of vangibhath powder ( I use MTR vangibhath powder)
- add 2 tea spoon of tamarind juice
- Done
